Job Summary: You will be responsible for driving employee engagement, workplace culture and people experience in a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing environment. You will champion initiatives that enhance staff wellbeing, morale and performance to support business growth.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement employee engagement strategies and programs.
- Drive employee satisfaction, morale and retention initiatives.
- Organize staff welfare, team building and culture activities.
- Manage employee feedback, grievances and engagement surveys.
- Collaborate with Head of HR on performance and retention strategies.
- Promote a positive, inclusive and high-performance workplace culture.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Must be a Ugandan National.
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Industrial Psychology, Business or related field.
- Must have 4 Years driven experience in HR or at the Employee Engagement Officer level.
- Experience in FMCG / Manufacturing is highly preferred.
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- HR Certification (SHRM, HRMAU) is an added advantage.
- Master’s in HR is an added advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and emotional intelligence skills.
