Job Summary: WE ARE HIRING: INTERNATIONAL STUDENT RECRUITMENT OFFICER – CENTRAL UGANDA

• AIMS Education is expanding its recruitment team in Central Uganda and we are looking for an energetic International Student Recruitment Officer to join us.

Key Duties and Responsibilities: As an International Student Recruitment Officer, you will:

• Advise prospective students on university and study-abroad opportunities
• Guide students through university applications and visa procedures
• Promote our partner universities and educational institutions
• Build strong relationships with prospective students and university communities
• Develop creative personal marketing strategies to attract and engage students
• Manage student enquiries, applications and records through our CRM
• Work closely with our international offices, universities and partner institutions
• Follow up with prospective students and contribute towards recruitment targets
• Complete accurate administrative and reporting tasks

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• This is an entry-level opportunity, so recent graduates and candidates without direct industry experience are encouraged to apply.

• Resilient, persistent and motivated by achieving results
• Friendly, outgoing and naturally good at building relationships
• A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills

• Comfortable using computers and digital platforms
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Previous recruitment, sales, education consultancy or customer-facing experience is an advantage. Candidates with at least 1 year of recruitment experience will be given priority.
