Job Title: Head of Marketing

Job Summary: We are looking for a Head of Marketing to build brand awareness and drive consistent, sustained lead generation across our two market segments – the premium DEPO Premium brand and the budget-focused FOSTER Builders Warehouse brand
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design and run continuous, small-scale marketing and advertising campaigns (rather than one-off bursts) across TV, digital, and trade channels.
- Build brand awareness and positioning for
- DEPO Premium (high-end) and FOSTER BWH (budget) as distinct but complementary propositions.
- Generate qualified leads for the sales and field teams through targeted campaigns, showroom promotion, and trade/consultant engagement.
- Own the marketing budget, tracking spend against sales impact and campaign ROI.
- Plan and manage showroom presentation, signage, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate with Sales and Business Development to align campaigns with project pipelines and stock availability.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends in the building materials sector.
- Report on marketing performance (leads generated, cost per lead, brand reach) to the GM.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years’ marketing experience, ideally in construction, building materials, FMCG, or retail.
- Proven experience running multi-channel campaigns
- (TV, digital, print, trade/field) on a defined budget.
- Strong understanding of brand positioning across different customer segments (premium vs. budget).
- Data-driven approach to measuring campaign effectiveness and lead generation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Masters Degree is an added advantage.
