Established in 1999, the company serves real estate developers, contractors, architects, and private homeowners looking for premium international brands.
Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our construction supplies business.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling building materials and construction products, developing strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The candidate should have at least three years of sales experience, preferably in construction materials, hardware, or related industries.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell construction supplies and building materials to contractors, hardware stores, developers, and individual clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales deals.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and customer feedback updates.
- Work closely with the operations and finance teams to ensure smooth order processing and payment collection.
- Represent the company professionally in the market.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ proven sales experience.
- Experience in construction supplies, hardware, cement, steel, paint, plumbing, electrical materials, or related products is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Good organizational and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Valid driving license is an added advantage.
