Headquartered in the UK with major regional operations based out of Kampala, Uganda, the company actively tackles carbon emissions and energy poverty. They primarily focus on large-scale infrastructure projects that support climate resilience and agricultural transformation.

Job Summary: To lead the organization’s business development and strategic growth agenda by identifying new opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, driving market expansion, and overseeing bids and proposals to support sustainable growth and competitiveness.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Finance, Strategy, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
• MBA or Master’s degree is an added advantage. MBA or Master’s degree is an added advantage.
• Professional certification in Business Development, Project Management, Marketing, or related field is an added advantage.
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in business development, strategy, commercial management, or partnerships.
