Job Summary: To support stakeholder engagement, social safeguards, community mobilization, grievance management, and social inclusion activities to ensure successful project implementation and positive community relations.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology, Social Development, Anthropology, Community Development, Social Work, or related Social Sciences discipline.
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in stakeholder engagement, social safeguards, or community development.
- Experience working with communities, government institutions, and development partners is an added advantage.
