Job Title: Manager – IT Infrastructure Operations and IT Service Management

Job Summary: Ensure IT Operational stability, compliancy, secure and processes alignment
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operations stability
- People and Vendor management
- Alignment of all blue prints
- Security and compliance
- Design and deployment of Operational tools
- Financial management ie capex and Opex
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field
- Work Experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT Operations
- Basic knowledge in Operating systems, IP and service management.
- Active Directory (Security best practice, design, group policies)
- Experience in multi-vendor environments ie out sourcing
- Experience working in a large/ Fast moving environments
- Experience in CAPEX/ Opex end to end management
- Knowledge in ITIL Processes
- Skills / physical competencies:
- Results Achiever
- Drives team objectives and contributes to sustainability of results
- Operationally Astute
- Clarifies priorities, plans, organizes and co-ordinates the work of others
