Job Summary: We are looking for a Solution Architect with experience in Ericsson Dynamic Activation (EDA) Provisioning Solutions. This is a combined pre-sales and delivery role in which you will be accountable for translating customer needs and technology opportunities into detailed technical offerings, solutions, and proposals — while contributing to profitable business growth for Ericsson.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Undertake product deployment and configuration of communication services products
- Prepare and execute system tests, module tests, and acceptance tests
- Work with business partners to identify and drive improvements in delivery processes
- Collaborate with the team to resolve technical product delivery issues
- Maintain and update solution documentation
- Provide feedback to R&D with possible enhancements to the portfolio
- Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation, and information sharing
- Stay abreast of new technologies and share insights to enable customer competence building
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science
- 5–10 years of experience in relevant roles
- Proven experience in the delivery and implementation of cloud infrastructure or software virtualization
- UDM Portfolio knowledge: EDA, OpenStack, and Kubernetes
- Understanding of provisioning flows to Customer CRM systems, OCS, UDM, and IMS nodes — across both Ericsson and third-party vendors
- Strong communication and language skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and build professional networks
- Adaptability and innovation mindset
- Strong planning, organizing, and result-delivery skills
- Additional knowledge of programming is a plus
- Prior experience working within Ericsson’s organizational structure and service delivery ecosystem is considered a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with Ericsson’s internal tools, platforms, and operational processes will set you up for success in this position.
