Job Title: Cashier (Fresher Jobs)

Job Summary: We are currently seeking to recruit a highly motivated, technically experienced, and competent persons, with zeal to perform beyond expectations and excited to Join a (30) years leading steel manufacture
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate cash and cheque receipts for customers.
- Reconcile and share a summarized daily report of cash receipts and banking.
- Ensure accountability for petty cash payments through properly authorized vouchers.
- Maintain proper filing and safe custody of all deposit slips and unbanked cheques.
- Stamp each sales order, clearly indicating the amount paid, receipt number, and payment date.
- Ensure all current cheques received are promptly submitted for banking.
- Provide excellent customer service to all clients.
- Verify that all records are balanced before close of business each day and promptly report any discrepancies.
- Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor/manager.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or any Business-related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a retail cashier.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure with minimal supervision.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Strong attention to detail with proven accountability and accuracy in reconciling sales receipts.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
