Job Summary: To learn and gain practical experience on the job by supporting the Procurement and Logistics team in the delivery of services efficiently and effectively.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the procurement process by researching, sourcing, and evaluating potential suppliers and vendors.
  • Support the Procurement officer in preparing and issuing purchase orders.
  • Monitor and track order status and delivery timelines to ensure on-time delivery of goods and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, supplier agreements, and contracts.
  • Ensure that supplier payments have the right documentation before submitting them to Finance for settlement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet procurement needs and project requirements.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Accuracy of purchase order processing.
  • Timeliness of order processing.
  • Accuracy of inventory postings.




Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Diploma/bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Purchasing, Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
  • Member of relevant professional body.
  • Recently completed a degree in education studies in the last 2 years.
  • Exposure in a fast-paced commercial office environment is an added advantage.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Proactive.
  • Highly effective customer service skills.
