Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work independently and assemble complex components or final devices according to parts lists, drawings, and assembly instructions.
- Functional testing according to test plans.
- Troubleshooting and performing rework.
- Collaborating with engineers and technical teams to optimize assembly processes internal and external
- Arranges and assigns work packages to assembly team.
- Receiving and processing incoming goods and materials
- Perform incoming goods inspection according to inspection plans and technical specifications
- Perform independent quality control checks of the assembled devices.
- Implement corrective and preventive in order to run continues improvement of products and processes
- Managing, organizing, and retrieving stock in the warehouse.
- Performing inventory controls for audits.
- Packing and shipping the goods
- Maintaining tools and testing equipment to ensure optimal working conditions.
- Documenting assembly procedures and updates for future reference.
- Ensuring adherence to safety standards and company policies.
- Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degrees in engineering in mechanical or industrial.
- Completed training as an industrial mechanic or equivalent qualification.
- 3-4 years of experience in industrial manufacturing or device assembly
- Strong quality awareness and reliability
- Independent, reliable, and diligent working style
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written
- ERP/SAP- knowledge would be a plus
