About the Company:

Come Again Investments Limited is a registered company whose main business niche is interior design materials.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Accurately process customer invoices according to personal product and numeric specifications provided.
• Accurately prepare customer quotations and tailor’s paper to suite customer order needs for processing
• Respond to customer queries or refer them to the necessary responsible channels for assistance where necessary
• Provide customers with excellent service while processing their orders.
• Achieve personal referral goals and actively participate in sales promotion activities and take part in weekly sales meetings.
• Provide a positive customer experience with fair friendly and courteous service.
• Work accurately while minimizing on customer, process and system related errors.
• Resolve customer issues and respond to customer queries or refer them to the appropriate service channels where necessary.
• In charge of daily reconciliation and verification of payment method indicated on the customer receipts.
• Verifies credit acceptance by reviewing authorization parties.
• Balances cash drawer by counting cash at beginning and end of work shift
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the business management from time to time.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Diploma in accounts, Finance, Business Administration or other business-related courses.

Experience

• 2 years and above
