Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Accurately process customer invoices according to personal product and numeric specifications provided.
- Accurately prepare customer quotations and tailor’s paper to suite customer order needs for processing
- Respond to customer queries or refer them to the necessary responsible channels for assistance where necessary
- Provide customers with excellent service while processing their orders.
- Achieve personal referral goals and actively participate in sales promotion activities and take part in weekly sales meetings.
- Provide a positive customer experience with fair friendly and courteous service.
- Work accurately while minimizing on customer, process and system related errors.
- Resolve customer issues and respond to customer queries or refer them to the appropriate service channels where necessary.
- In charge of daily reconciliation and verification of payment method indicated on the customer receipts.
- Verifies credit acceptance by reviewing authorization parties.
- Balances cash drawer by counting cash at beginning and end of work shift
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the business management from time to time.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Diploma in accounts, Finance, Business Administration or other business-related courses.
Experience
- 2 years and above
