Job Title: HR Administrator

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Database management, regular maintenance of process trackers (on MS excel) for various HR processes like recruitment, performance management.
- Drive the probation process
- Recruitment Admin
- Providing assistance in the recruitment process
- Provide first line support for HR and employee queries
- Assist in providing comprehensive administration support to the HR Business Partners
- Administer elements of the new hire process including background checks, offer letters, and new hire paperwork
- Update and maintain our employee database
- Manage and update employee staff discounts
- Create, maintain and organize personnel files.
