Job Summary: The Internal Auditor will ensure proper controls, provide independent assurance that an organization’s risk management, and internal control processes are operating effectively.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Allocate assigned resources to conduct reviews.
- Coordinate team activities to assure that review objectives are achieved and review is conducted in accordance with Audit and other professional standards.
- Adept at assessing complex financial/operational/compliance processes and assessing risks – IT, financial and Operational.
- Apply key control concepts in a wide variety of business settings.
- Establish or tailor review programs and testing procedures to ensure they are appropriate for the processes being reviewed.
- Develop appropriate solutions to enhance and integrate with other Financial, Operational, and Information Technology tools and processes.
- Use software to interrogate ERP database for analytics across end-to-end processes.
- Ensure that all work papers supporting the review are clear and concise.
- Present findings and recommendations to all levels of management.
- Prepare well-articulated report with good business English, necessitating minimal corrections and drafts.
- When required, assists in managing administrative issues.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, CPA or equivalent,
- Five years in Audit Consulting firm or at least 5 years practical experience in a manufacturing company in Audit.
Specific Skills
- High integrity, results oriented, proactive, self-starter, committed, good interpersonal skills and detail oriented.
- Computer knowledge on SAP 9.0 Business suites, Latest MS-Office with various necessary function for reporting.
