Job Summary:  We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented professional to join our team as a Pharmaceutical Sales and Marketing Associate. In this role, you will act as a subject-matter expert in our products, identify client needs, recommend solutions, and conduct field marketing to promote JOLILABS products across Uganda. Your goal will be to increase visibility and awareness of our pharmaceutical, cosmetics and medical products while maximizing sales growth.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Act as a subject-matter expert in JOLILABS products, identifying client needs and recommending solutions.
  • Conduct field marketing to promote JOLILABS products, contributing to improved well-being across Uganda.
  • Increase visibility and awareness of JOLILABS pharmaceutical and medical products, maximizing sales growth.

 




Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • The applicant must hold a Diploma in pharmacology; Diploma in Business Administration with a marketing major is advantageous.
  • Minimum one year of experience in pharmaceutical product marketing.
  • Internalize and uphold JOLILABS’ core values of customer obsession, collaboration, and continuous innovation (CCC).
  • Demonstrate innovation, self-drive, and excellent customer service.
  • Exhibit strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Maintain professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Utilize computer applications for analysis and reporting.
