Job Summary:   Are you looking for an opportunity to work in a company where progress, and humility are valued as highly as technical excellence? This is a fully remote Support role in a small team supporting M-KOPA’s 1800+ domain users on their Enterprise Mobility and Security.

This role hopes to attract a natural low ego problem solver with a flair for service and system improvement.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• The applicant should have relevant qualifications
• Previous experience in a similar sized environment, working extensively with MS Azure, Intune, Purview, Defender, MS Teams, and O365.
• Previous experience with Powershell, transitions from on-prem to Cloud and you will be solving complex issues around workplace collaboration, endpoint, identity and access management, in particular the integration of outsourced departments and contracts.
