Job Summary: The Sales Representative will be tasked with the attainment of sales targets, product availability, customer service, product promotion and market development of a given sales territory as well as driving digital transformation
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Achievement of sales and volume target/Sell out
- Visit POCS and drive call compliance and call effectiveness
- Drive market share in a given Territory
- Compile daily, weekly, Monthly and quarterly sales reports and submit to management.
- Drive product availability with full product portfolio as per TSP guidelines /IRVP
- Drive and maintain good Relationship with customers and consumers/Human touch
- Execute channel pricing /RRP and Price Parity as per NBL price strategy
- Drive Consumer and Retail promotions as per promo plan and compile promo evaluations with clear Return on investment(ROI)
- Compile Competitor trade practices and report to sales manager
- Initiate trade development plans and cascade to the sales manager for implementation
- Safeguard all company assets in the trade, Coolers, Brand houses, signages, vehicles, phones
- Promote Digital Transformation agenda, Bees Buyers, Bees share, Bees Force and ensure compliancy.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must be hold a Degree/ Diploma from a recognized institution.
- Two years of experience in a FMCG Environment will be advantageous.
- Must possess a Valid Driver’s License; i.e. 2 years’ experience in driving and accident free.
- Be able to work independently.
- Good computer skills and analytical insights
- Highly competent in numeracy
- Must be presentable, good communicator, motivated, disciplined and ambitious.
- Must be willing to work and travel anywhere within Uganda
