Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Define and monitor key risk indicators, as well as implement corrective actions plans to mitigate risks.
• Lead the development and maintenance of a comprehensive risk management system
• Identify, measure, control, and monitor credit risk
• Evaluate the operational risks and assess the effectiveness of the company’s internal control framework in addressing risks and accomplishing the company’s goals and objectives.
• Identify, measure, control and monitor market risks
• Support the implementation of KYC and prevent money Laundering practices
• Any other duty that may be assigned.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• The ideal applicant must hold a Degree in Commerce, Business Administration or any other related field
• Master’s degree is an added advantage
• Business acumen
• Risk management and analytical skills
• Dynamic thinking and strategy formulation
• Reporting and communication skills
• Knowledge of Microfinance and regulatory framework
• Qualification in Integrated Enterprise Risk
• Management or Audit, Risk and Finance analysis is an added advantage.
