Q-Sourcing Limited trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, and South Sudan.
On behalf of our client, we are looking for a competent, skilled, and experienced Senior Commercial Manager to work in Kampala Uganda.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Engage with customer organizations key decision makers and influencers.
- Provide leadership and direction to Commercial Managers and to the financial.
- Advocate on behalf of the customer with internal organization and Region.
- Oversee development of sales propositions and financial models and manage internal and group alignment.
- Manage operationalization of the Sales and Marketing strategy for the company.
- Deep dive analysis on customer proposals and product modelling.
- Follow up and oversee all Internal and group alignment requirements for customer’s proposals and new pricing requirements.
- Drive new business revenue and manage the renewal of existing business through developing and maintaining strong customer relationships.Provide accurate and concise reports and data to the Head of Commercial, and others inside and outside the organization.
- The employee must live companies’ Core Principles and work proactively in a customer related way in accordance with adopted procedures and best practice.
- The employee shall comply with the provisions of health, safety and environment legislation in Uganda, and shall also comply with company Nigeria’s policies and procedures including occupational health and safety and wellness policies, and any modifications to any policy that may be introduced from time to time.
- The employee shall perform any other duty as directed by line management.
- The employee shall ensure that confidentiality is respected and maintained always.
- Develop and retain staff, partnering with Head of Sales and Human Resources.
- Provide disciplined performance management for team. Communicate annual goals, perform formal and informal performance reviews, and ensure changes and updates are communicated in a timely and professional manner.
- Create strong collaborative team environment.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant should hold a Business Degree and post-graduate qualification, preferably a Master’s Degree.
- 10 years of Business/ sales and marketing experience in dynamic Business environments, preferably Telecom/infrastructure.
- 5+ years of senior management experience.
- B2B Product design and price modelling, Financial Modelling, Project Management.
- Advanced Negotiation Skills, Customer Relationship Management.
- Ability to work effectively across many internal functional groups to optimize product offerings, create a seamless customer experience and resolve issues
