Key Duties and Responsibilities: 

Volunteering with us has never been as exciting. Apart from increasing our volunteering period (before renewal considerations) to 12 months, volunteers will be appraised and consequently retained as full-time staff upon fulfilment of certain performance KPIs. Based in either Yumbe or Kyegegwa, our volunteers will play a key role in the implementation of our two lead programs;

1) Mental Health and Psychosocial support (MHPSS)

Stay in class, attendance works. This will mean more community outreaches and personal development through participation in program activities, conferences and an opportunity to represent the organisation at national events. Volunteers will play a supportive role to the program staff in the implementation of all program activities.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• All individuals who are interested in mental health and psychosocial support or interested in ensuring that every child of school going age is not only at school but attends classes with a definite regularity.
• Individual between the ages of 21 and 35 years with good communication and interpersonal attributes.
