Key Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Installing and configuring on-board computer systems.
• Support & diagnose hardware and software faults and solve technical challenges.
• Provide capacity building sessions to clients to ensure basic system knowledge is imparted to the end users; this shall include providing technical support training sessions, procedural documentation, and relevant reports shared regularly

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Automotive engineering or Mechanical Engineering OR equivalent
• At least two years of experience with installation, configuration and maintenance of In-Vehicle Monitoring Solutions or related field.
• Experience with Computer and information communications technology (ICT) systems is an added advantage.
• Good technical troubleshooting skills,
• A team player
• Problem-solving skills
• Ability to think logically and identify challenges that need escalation to vendors as soon as possible
• Ability to offer in house and remote support to users
