Job Title: Technical Support Engineer

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Installing and configuring on-board computer systems.
- Support & diagnose hardware and software faults and solve technical challenges.
- Provide capacity building sessions to clients to ensure basic system knowledge is imparted to the end users; this shall include providing technical support training sessions, procedural documentation, and relevant reports shared regularly
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Automotive engineering or Mechanical Engineering OR equivalent
- At least two years of experience with installation, configuration and maintenance of In-Vehicle Monitoring Solutions or related field.
- Experience with Computer and information communications technology (ICT) systems is an added advantage.
- Good technical troubleshooting skills,
- A team player
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to think logically and identify challenges that need escalation to vendors as soon as possible
- Ability to offer in house and remote support to users
