Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

The ideal
candidate for the Human Resource Manager job placement must hold a Degree in
Human Resource Management or Bachelor’s degree in relevant field

·
At least
three years of experience in outsourcing and working with an external Human Resources Company.

·
Extensive
knowledge of HR compliance

·
Knowledge
in recruitment, selection and placement

·
Knowledge
in exportation of labour

·
Experience
in Performance Management

·
Competence
in Business Administration
