The company specializes in delivering comprehensive infrastructural services across both the civil and electrical engineering sectors, with a strong historical focus on rural electrification and energy sector projects.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day employee operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, policy enforcement, and employee relations.
- Ensure legal compliance with labor laws, maintain employee records, and support staff welfareJob application tracking
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Organizational Psychology, and with 2+ years of generalist HR experience
