Job Summary: The Performance
and Reporting Engineer will be responsible for the generation of all types of
performance reports and daily/weekly/monthly operational reports within the
scope of work delegated by work area responsible

Key Duties and
Responsibilities:

- Measure the network performance and KPIs
- Generation of Performance reports on
routine basis - Generation of operational reports on
routine basis - Recognizing the improvement areas for
operational performance development - Identifying the root cause for network
performance degradation - Recognizing the area of exclusions for
network performance degradation - Raising trouble ticket to concerned
department for the identified problems which leads/ may lead to
performance degradation - Preparing the monthly performance
dash-board and sharing with FMD manager for the distribution.
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The ideal candidate should hold a
University degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering,
Telecommunications, Computer Science, Civil Engineering or equivalent
experience in a related discipline. - A minimum of three to five years’
experience in telecoms, particularly in a performance reporting,
performance tools support - Programming and software development
knowledge is an advantage - Deep knowledge of customer network and
infrastructure will be a key advantage - Highly developed business and human
competencies
NB: The above mentioned role may be based in Tanzania or
Uganda.
