efficiency and effectiveness yet simultaneously strengthening quality and
control of resources.
Job Summary: The OSS
Engineer will support in developing and maintaining the OSS infrastructure.
Work with the application and monitoring to improve the network monitoring and
fault identification and resolution
Key Duties and
Responsibilities: 
  • Hands-on responsibility over the
    monitoring & control system of infrastructure and applications.
  • Responsible for the ongoing activities of
    the monitoring & control tools: installations, upgrades, solving
    problems, vendors relationship.
  • Responsible to configure the M&C tools
    including ongoing inspections and constant improvements.
  • In charge of developing scripts, reports
    and other solutions for monitoring
  • Reduce false alarms and support alert
    analysis.
  • Provides technical support to Front Office
    teams
  • Provide training guides to end users
  • Provides Service Improvement Plans
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience: 
  • The ideal candidates for the OSS Engineer
    job should hold a first degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline
  • At least three (3) years relevant work
    experience
  • Must have experience in the following OSS
    systems; Solar winds, Uptime, Remedy, Oracle Enterprise Manager, HP Open
    view
