Job Summary: Sendu is hiring a Field Sales Representative in Kampala.

• We build banking infrastructure for Uganda’s SACCOs. Your job: get lending SACCOs onto Circle, our savings and lending platform. You find them, you demo, you close. We pay for closes.

The deal.

• 700k monthly retainer, rising toward 1M for proven performers from month two. 500k for every SACCO you take live, uncapped. Non-exclusive, so you keep your other sales lines.

Key Results

• Questionnaires collected, demos delivered, SACCOs onboarded. A good month is around 10 questionnaires, 5 demos, and at least one SACCO live.
• Only onboardings carry commission. The rest is how we track your pipeline.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• You own a computer, you file a weekly report, and you can walk into a SACCO and win the chairperson in the room.
• Existing SACCO or microfinance relationships are a strong advantage.
