Job Summary: We are seeking dynamic and self-motivated Field Sales Representatives to join our Route Sales team for ChapChap services. In this role, you will be at the forefront of engaging mobile money agents, expanding our footprint, and driving adoption of ChapChap’s products in assigned territories. Success in this position means consistently achieving sales targets, building strong client relationships, and ensuring high visibility of ChapChap in the market. This role is essential to our mission of delivering financial solutions closer to communities and growing our active agent network

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct route sales activities to onboard, train, and activate new mobile money agents.
  • Promote and educate clients on ChapChap products and services to drive usage and retention.
  • Execute brand visibility and merchandising activities along assigned routes.
  • Collect market feedback and report competitor activities to support strategic decisions.
  • Ensure timely submission of daily, weekly, and monthly sales and activity reports.
  • Work closely with the sales team and management to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain professional representation of ChapChap at all client interactions.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:




  • Proven experience in field sales, route sales, or agent recruitment (preferably in fintech, telecom, or FMCG).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a set route effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset.
  • Basic reporting and record-keeping skills.
  • Minimum UACE; however, any additional qualification in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is an added advantage.
