Job Summary:   Exquisite Solution Limited is seeking a skilled and experienced Field Sales Representative to join our client’s dynamic team. We are looking for an individuals to promote and sell motorbikes in the field. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging potential customers, driving sales, and ensuring the smooth activation of motorbike accounts.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Actively promote and sell motorbikes to customers in designated locations.
  • Educate potential customers on the features and benefits of the motorbikes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat sales.
  • Meet and exceed set sales targets within assigned territories.
  • Provide daily/weekly sales reports to the supervisor.
  • Assist customers in selecting the right motorbike based on their needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate the motorbikes to customers, showcasing their key features and capabilities.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customer needs and trends.
  • Stay up to date with the latest product offerings, promotions, and industry trends.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure alignment on promotional activities.
  • Ensure proper documentation and accurate record-keeping of sales transactions and customer information.
  • Promote after-sales services, warranties, and maintenance packages to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collect customer feedback and share market insights.





Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Previous field sales experience, particularly in the motorbike industry is an added advantage.
  • Must own a smartphone for account activation processes.
