Xclusive Uganda is a group of Horticulture companies consists of 3 companies: Xclusive Young Plants, Xclusive Kalanchoe and Xclusive Chrysanthemum. Our total production area is about 11 hectares, and we work together with 550 colleagues.

Job Summary:   Xclusive Cuttings (U) Limited invites qualified consultancy firms to submit proposals for the provision of Management and Human Resource Consultancy Services to support the Company’s leadership and organizational development initiatives.

Scope of Services:

• Leadership and management development.
• Advisory support on succession planning and talent management.
• Training & Development in management related topics.
• Advisory support on Change management processes.
• Employee relations and labour management advisory services.
• General advisory support to Management on human resource and organizational effectiveness matters.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• The consultant attached should have Proven experience in Management Consulting and Human Resource Advisory Services for 10 years and above at a senior organisation level.
• Master’s Degree in Human Resource, MBA (Human Resource), Organisational psychology and any other related course (s).
• Other competences
• Strong facilitation and training skills.
• Excellent leadership abilities.
• Strong understanding of workforce dynamics and organizational behaviour.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Work schedule: Bi-monthly visits or on call basis.
