Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying staffing needs to preparing employment offers.
Coordinate the employee performance management process, including probationary and periodic reviews.
Serve as the point of contact for employee HR matters, upholding a professional workplace culture.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management.
Additional Details
At least 3 years’ experience in a busy organization. Proficiency in MS Office.
