Job Summary: Reporting to CFO, the incumbent will lead the Management Accounting function and support business performance through robust financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, costing, and decision support.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- This role will partner closely with senior leadership, operations, supply chain, and commercial teams to drive profitability, optimize costs, and enhance business performance.
- Prepare monthly management reports and performance dashboards
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Conduct profitability, margin, and business performance analysis
- Oversee product costing and manufacturing finance activities
- Evaluate capital investment projects and strategic initiatives
- Drive SAP reporting, automation, and financial systems improvements
- Strengthen internal controls, governance, and financial compliance
- Partner with business leaders to provide actionable financial insights
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
Qualification:
- Professional Qualification (Mandatory): Chartered Accountant (1st/ 2nd attempt qualified), CPA, ACCA, CIMA
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years’ finance experience, with at least 5 years in a management accounting role within manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of costing, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is essential.
- Excellent analytical, business partnering, and stakeholder management skills
