Platinum Credit is a leading Regional Micro Finance Company providing emergency loans to employed individuals in Africa. The company has a wide spread branch network in Uganda and offers various products including; Civil Servant Loans, Logbook Finance Loans, SME Loans and Private Sector loans among others. Platinum Credit (U) Ltd is a subsidiary of Platcorp Holdings Ltd.

Job Summary:   To maintain a team of at least 8 Loans Officers, driving lead generation and sales conversions, ensuring field discipline, and delivering monthly recruitment and sales targets.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Recruit, onboard, train, and retain a minimum of 8 Loans Officers each month.
• Drive daily lead generation, customer acquisition, and sales conversion activities for the team.
• Supervise and monitor field teams to ensure adherence to approved route plans, work schedules, and operational guidelines.
• Conduct regular coaching, training, and field support sessions to strengthen product knowledge, sales skills, and overall performance.
• Track team productivity and sales results through daily, weekly, and monthly performance reviews.
• Provide continuous feedback, motivation, and performance improvement support to Loans Officers.
• Prepare and submit accurate reports on sales activities, recruitment performance, training conducted, and team achievements.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, professionalism, and high performance.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ sales or marketing experience, including 1 year in a leadership role.

Other attributes

• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Strong understanding of credit assessment, lending policies, and customer acquisition processes.
