Mom Easy Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer and distributor of baby items & kid items. We carry over more than 300 items in categories of baby and kid products. The products we market range from baby feeding bottle, baby cup, baby bath tub to kids back-school items, for those babies / kids from 0+ month to 12 years. Our products come directly from our own factory Ideal Houseware Co., Ltd. to our clients without any broker.

Job Summary: Momeasy Enterprises Limited is seeking an experienced and energetic Sales Representative with proven experience selling cosmetic products and baby-care products to cosmetic shops, pharmacies, supermarkets and other retail outlets. The ideal candidate should have an existing understanding of the cosmetics and baby-care market, strong customer relationships, and the ability to grow sales by identifying new shops and maintaining existing customers.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Visit cosmetic shops, pharmacies, supermarkets and other retail outlets to promote and sell company products.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with shop owners, managers and purchasing teams.
• Identify and recruit new customers and retail outlets.
• Promote and increase sales of cosmetics and baby-care products.
• Take customer orders and ensure timely follow-up and delivery.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Introduce new products to customers and explain their features and benefits.
• Monitor product availability and stock levels at customer outlets.
• Follow up on outstanding customer payments where applicable.
• Collect market information on competitors, prices, promotions and customer preferences.
• Prepare regular sales and customer activity reports.
• Maintain accurate records of customers, orders and sales.
• Provide feedback to management regarding market trends and customer needs.
• Support promotional campaigns and other sales activities.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Diploma or Bachelors in Business Administration or any related filed.
• 2 years of experience in sales of baby products and dealing with cosmetic shops.
• Proven sales experience in cosmetics, beauty products, personal-care products or baby-care products is highly preferred.
• Previous experience selling directly to cosmetic shops and retail outlets is an important advantage.
• Good knowledge of the cosmetics and baby-care products market.
• Existing relationships with cosmetic shops, pharmacies, supermarkets or other relevant retailers will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets.
• Self-motivated, energetic and results-oriented.
• Able to work independently and conduct field sales.
• Good knowledge of the local market.
• Ability to prepare basic sales reports.
• Candidates with experience selling products such as baby diapers, baby wipes, baby toiletries, lotions, creams, shampoos, cosmetics, skincare products, hair-care products and other personal-care products are strongly encouraged to apply.
