- Maintaining a high level of cleanliness within the kitchen
- Ensuring effective control of equipment
- Managing the steward team
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Background in hospitality
- 3+ years in a Chief Steward/ Supervisory position
- HACCP certification
