About Organisation:
National Anti-Doping Organisation-Uganda (NADO-U) is committed to safeguarding the integrity of sport in Uganda by promoting clean competition, fair play, and athlete welfare through comprehensive anti-doping education, prevention, and compliance initiatives.
Job Summary: To create awareness, educate athletes, coaches and support personnel about dangers of doping, ethical conduct in sports and compliance with Anti doping regulations.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct anti-doping education and awareness programs across various sports disciplines.
- Support the development of content for e-learning platforms and outreach campaigns.
- Assist in the monitoring and evaluation of education program effectiveness.
- Promote anti-doping values, ethics, and the spirit of fair play in sports.
- Support communication and advocacy initiatives to promote clean sport culture.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Education (Sports/Physical Education), Sports Science, Public Health or Curriculum Development from a recognised institution.
- Practical experience in anti-doping programmes or as an athlete is an added advantage.
