Job Summary: The Route Salesman will manage sales and product distribution along assigned routes, ensuring products reach customers and outlets on time while maximizing sales opportunities.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Visit assigned customers and retail outlets according to the sales route.
Take orders and deliver products to customers.
Achieve assigned route sales targets.
Develop relationships with retailers and other customers.
Ensure proper product display and availability.
Monitor stock levels and identify replenishment needs.
Collect payments where required and maintain accurate records.
Report market developments, customer feedback, and competitor activities.
Ensure company products are handled and transported appropriately.
