RHSP strives to improve the quality of life of the local population through a combination of community-based research, curative services, and prevention strategies in the districts of South-central Uganda.

Job Summary: RHSP is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to provide strategic leadership and oversight of the organization’s operational and administrative functions.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• The successful candidate will coordinate procurement, stores and warehouse operations, fleet, facilities maintenance, ICT support, asset management, office administration, compliance, and risk management to ensure efficient service delivery and timely achievement of organizational objectives.
• The Operations Manager will also oversee operational budgets, internal controls, departmental performance, staff performance management, ERP utilization, audit coordination, risk mitigation, and management reporting.
• Lead operational functions
• Manage operational budgets
• Oversee procurements & logistics
• Coordinate risk & compliance
• Monitor staff performance

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Candidates should possess a relevant bachelor’s degree, substantial management experience within healthcare delivery systems, strong administrative leadership, and demonstrated planning, technical and ICT competence.
• A master’s degree in Business Administration or Public Administration is an added advantage.
