Job Summary: The Brand Designer will be responsible for owning the group’s visual identity and producing high-quality design output that supports content, marketing campaigns, digital platforms, branches, and events. The role will ensure the brand remains visually consistent across all customer touchpoints while working closely with the Marketing Head, Brand Manager, and Content Lead.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design static creatives, carousels, thumbnails, and advertising creatives for social media and digital platforms.
- Own and maintain the brand system and guidelines, ensuring visual consistency across all platforms and customer touchpoints.
- Produce print and in-branch collateral, event and campaign artwork, and other branded materials.
- Prepare accurate and production ready files for print and other production requirements.
- Collaborate closely with the Content Lead on creatives, including thumbnails, on-screen graphics, title cards, and other visual assets.
- Support marketing campaigns, product launches, promotions, and other brand initiatives with strong and consistent visual creative.
- Ensure all creative output meets brand standards and is delivered within agreed timelines.
- Maintain organised design files, templates, and brand assets for efficient use across the marketing team.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, Brand Designer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, branding, visual hierarchy, and design principles.
- Experience producing both digital and print marketing materials.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain visual consistency across multiple platforms and formats.
- Fast, reliable, and able to manage a high volume of creative work while maintaining quality.
- Ability to work collaboratively with content, marketing, and creative teams in a fast-paced environment.
