Job Title: Branch Supervisor

About Organisation:
Deed Micro-Finance Limited is a Microfinance Company licensed in Uganda under the Company’s Act and regulated by the Uganda Microfinance Regulation Authority (UMRA). Deed Microfinance exists to provide microfinance and enterprise development services to low and medium income earners to enhance financial independence and sustainable development.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Drive branch sales, loan disbursement targets and business growth through customer recruitment and community partnerships.
- Manage credit risk by appraising loan applications, monitor portfolio quality and overseeing deliquent account recovery.
- Supervise and coach branch staff while ensuring operational compliance, accurate reporting and safeguarding of company assets.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Marketing or a related field.
Additional Details
- At least 2 years of experience in credit management, microfinance, banking, SACCO operations or loan sales.
- Strong skills in credit appraisal, loan recovery and portfolio management.
