About Organisation:

The Allied Health Professionals Council (AHPC) was established by Allied Health Professionals Act Cap. 268 to regulate, supervise and control the training, practice and other related matters of Allied Health Professionals in Uganda.

Job Summary: To undertake day to day human resource management and general administrative functions of the council

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• An Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource management or Business Administration (HR Option) or Arts, Social Sciences, industrial Psychology or equivalent related field and qualifications, with a bias in Human Resource Management from a recognized awarding institution n Must have either a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management or Public Administration from a recognized awarding institution
• Must have not less than Three (3) years of relevant working experience in Human Resource management or similar work with a Public Institution or a reputable organization
• The Ideal candidate should demonstrate strong Interpersonal and Communication skills
• High Level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Knowledge of Labour laws and employment regulations, good report writing and computer literacy skills, Problem solving, ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
