Job Title: QHSE Specialist Intern

Job Summary: Assist the QHSE department in implementing and monitoring quality, health, safety, and environmental standards. Support compliance, training, audits, and incident reporting.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Help prepare and update QHSE documentation (policies, risk assessments, procedures).
- Assist in scheduling and tracking safety inspections and audits.
- Support incident/near-miss reporting and follow-up actions.
- Help organize safety training and awareness sessions.
- Collect and analyze QHSE data (e.g., KPIs, compliance rates).
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Safety,
- Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
- Basic understanding of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001) is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with analytical thinking.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
