Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our business development efforts and lead the company ambitious growth plans in Uganda. The ideal candidate will have strong industry experience, professional commercial and sales skills, and an extensive networking connection in the telecom and energy sectors.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the telecom and energy sectors.
- Build, maintain and manage strong client relationships.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans.
- Lead proposal preparation and contract negotiations process.
- Represent Mobiserve at industry events and client meetings.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- 5 to 7 years of sales or business development experience.
- Proven track record in Uganda’s telecom and energy markets.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Strong network of contacts and the ability to generate leads.
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
