WIH Cement Uganda Limited is the Ugandan subsidiary of Yaobai International Holding Limited, a Hong Kong-listed global clinker and cement manufacturing company with operations across several continents including Africa, with an annual turnover in excess of USD 1.2 billion from over 30 million tons of cement production capacity in and outside of China. WIH Cement Uganda Limited is completing a 6000- ton-per-day clinker and cement plant in Moroto as well as a 3 million ton per annum cement plant in Jinja to start operations in early 2026.
