HOUSEKEEPING MANAGER

DUTY STATION: NOON HOTEL APARTMENTS – KAMPALA UGANDA

RENUMERATION: ATTRACTIVE & COMPETITIVE

KEY QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ROLE:

• Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field/degree
• Minimum of 3 years work experience in similar field
• Computer competency with good understanding of PMS (OPERA, MICROS FIDELIO, IDS)
• Strong leadership, Communication and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English, knowledge of other languages is a plus
• Excellent customer service skill , aptitude decision making and problem solving skills , Proactive team leader

JOB DESCRIPTION:

REPORTS TO: The hotel manager.

HOUSE KEEPING MANAGER:

• Oversee cleanliness standards and housekeeping team
• Manage schedules and inventory of supplies
• Managing staff schedules/rotas
• Designation and assignment of duties to housekeeping staff
• Any other duty assigned by management in line with the job role
