Job Title: Housekeeping Manager
Organisation: Luxurious Hotel Apartments
Duty Station: Kampala, Uganda
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee cleanliness standards and housekeeping team
- Manage schedules and inventory of supplies
- Managing staff schedules/rotas
- Designation and assignment of duties to housekeeping staff
- Any other duty assigned by management in line with the job role
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field/degree
- Minimum of 3 years work experience in similar field
- Computer competency with good understanding of PMS (OPERA, MICROS FIDELIO, IDS)
- Strong leadership, Communication and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English, knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Excellent customer service skill , aptitude decision making and problem solving skills , Proactive team leader
