Job Summary: We are looking for a driven, street-smart, and results-oriented Field Agent to manage delinquent customer portfolios and recover overdue amounts in line with 4G Capital policies. This is a hands-on, field-based role for someone who thrives on accountability, teamwork, and delivering results.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Actively work and close all assigned delinquent accounts
- Follow up and resolve defaulted accounts through field visits
- Investigate and resolve customer queries and complaints professionally
- Achieve and exceed monthly collection targets
- Conduct field visits and submit recovery reports and action plans
- Collaborate closely with branch teams and the Call Centre on bad debt portfolios
- Engage local authorities and security officers where required
- Participate in collection drives across branches
- Action bad-faith clients escalated from the Call Centre
Key Performance Indicators
- Number of accounts successfully closed
- Amount collected on assigned portfolio
- Home market clean-up effectiveness
