Job Summary:   ASPIRE ONE LTD is seeking to recruit a dynamic, pro-active and highly qualified Hotel Manager for its new establishment : Noon Hotel Apartments. If you are ready to join a company that is re-defining elevated hospitality this opportunity is for you.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee hotel staff and the operations of the hotel at all levels
  • Outline and implement the internal and external policies/control systems of the hotel for all departments
  • Support management in the organisation of budgets as well as analysis and interpretation of financial information
  • Develop and implement an efficient marketing strategy to actively promote the Hotel and its services
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders (suppliers, travel agencies , event and conference planners)
  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers and contractors to ensure quality service and cost-effective procurement
  • Monitor and enhance guest satisfaction and overall operation metrics and targets
  • Develop and implement an intuitive and efficient marketing strategy to promote the hotel’s services.
  • Manage and handle maintenance issues , employees, equipment etc.
  • Conduct internal inspections frequently to enforce strict compliance with internal and external policies at the hotel.
  • Collaborating with HR department to support recruitment, engagement and retention of staff
  • Develop working schedules, assigning tasks and monitoring of performances of staff to maintain high level of service
  • Organise and conduct in-house training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with sales department to identify market targets, create promotional campaigns and drive bookings.

 




Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Degree in Business Administration , Hotel/Hospitality management or relevant field
  • Minimum of 3 years work experience in similar field
  • Fluency in English, knowledge of other languages is a plus
  • Computer competency must be excellent with knowledge of MS Office and Hotel management software is advantage
  • Excellent customer service skill , aptitude decision making and problem solving skills
  • Proactive team leader
