Job Summary: A Premier Luxury Hotel (Prime Stay) seeks to hire a Hotel manager
- We are seeking a professional and customer-focused hotel manager to oversee our hotel operations. In this position.
- You will direct the day-to-day operations and activities at the hotel.
- The ideal candidate should demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervising daily hotel operations
- Managing front office, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance
- Ensuring guest satisfaction and handling complaints
- Monitoring staff performance and schedules
- Maintaining service standards
- Ensuring cleanliness, safety, and smooth operations
- Coordinating with department heads
- Managing occupancy and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with external parties such as suppliers, travel agencies, event/conference planners, etc.
- Inspect facilities regularly and enforce strict compliance with health and safety standards.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Required profile for job ad: Hotel Manager
- Requirements;
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, or relevant field.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in hotel management or similar role.
- Strong understanding of hotel management best practices and data entry software.
- Outstanding interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
- Exceptional leadership abilities with great attention to detail.
