Job Summary: We are looking for a Hotel Manager who will play a crucial role in planning, directing, and coordinating the activities of our hotel. This position is key to ensuring our guests receive the highest standards of service and hospitality.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee hotel operations, including answering inquiries related to hotel policies and services, and resolving guests’ complaints.
- Engage in financial management activities such as setting room rates, establishing budgets, and allocating funds to various departments.
- Monitor revenue activity and ensure efficient operations through staff performance observation.
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and grounds for cleanliness and overall appearance.
- Assign duties and schedule shifts for staff members.
- Collaborate with other managers to ensure seamless coordination of hotel activities.
- Meet with clients to plan and schedule details for events such as conventions and banquets.
- Train and develop staff to enhance service quality.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Education: Post-secondary Diploma in Hotel Management or related fields.
- Experience: 3-5 years in a hotel management role.
- Certifications: Additional certifications in Accounting or HR are an advantage.

Salary and Benefits
Salary: 800,100 – 1,200,000 UGX
