Motion Logistics is a registered company in Uganda. They are primarily a logistics company who specialize in managing the flow of goods, information, and resources from origin to consumption, encompassing transportation, warehousing, and supply chain operations.
Job Summary: As a Commercial Data Analyst Assistant, you will work closely with our Commercial Sales, Business intelligence team to analyze data, identify trends and support actionable insights. This is a great opportunity to apply your analytical skills in a real-world Commercial freight industry and gain experience with tools and techniques used in data driven decision making.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analyze Commercial data to support pricing, sales, and marketing strategies.
- Build dashboards and reports using Excel or PowerPoint.
- Support sales forecasting, product performance tracking and customer behavior analysis.
- Clean and transform raw data into usable formats for analysis.
- Assist in automating recurring reports and identifying process improvements.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s holder in Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, experience with SQL, Python, Power BI is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Applicant should be Ugandan aged between 22-28 years at the time of applying and you should be residing within Kampala CBD.
